Thank you Kumiko for a wonderful walk circumnavigating North Head. Wonderful to explore some new tracks (some created during COVID lockdowns) & visit the Trig point. Perfect weather, sunny with a nice coastal breeze & good company. So much variety in a small area. Special mention to Kumiko’s daughter Miria for bringing traditional doughnuts from Japan which we enjoyed for morning tea at the hospital precinct at Q Station. Also explored Q Station wharf area with comprehensive museum & visited the Obelisk/Trig point, new Fairfax walk lookouts, Harbour Trust Visitor Centre, School of Artillery parade ground area for lunch & Shelley Beach on the way back to Manly. So much packed into a very pleasant day.
