This walk offers pleasant views of Middle Harbour and its side creeks, mangroves, open forest, fern gullies, waterfalls, rock overhangs with a few interesting scrambles. There are no large ascents or descents. The walk starts with a 2km street walk to Koola Oval and then descends to Rocky Creek where there is a waterfall and large pool. Rocky Creek track is a grassy fire trail which winds through lovely forest and ferns passing sandstone overhangs and waterfalls. Using the Barrie Street Track head down to Middle Harbour past the old bridge site to the Gordon Creek Track intersection. Cross the stepping stones at Gordon Creek and explore the sandstone overhangs before joining the Two Creeks Track which is followed to Echo Point park. Retrace your steps to the Little Digger Track and then street walk (about 1.9km) to Roseville Station.
This walk could be modified by taking the Carlyle Road exit to East Lindfield and then walking to Lindfield Station or back to Killara Station to form a loop.
