Description:

Start with a stroll around the heathland in Expolsives Reserve Castlecove, then descend to follow the North Arm Track around Sugarloaf Bay, across Scotts Creek via boardwalk to Harold Reid Reserve, Middle Cove. Out and back, with a loop at either end. Varied terrain, great views of the North Arm of the harbour, and a castle.
